The North Conway House
109 Pine Street, North Conway
The North Conway House was built in 1850 as an expansion of a small 1839 farmhouse that was located on Main Street (now White Mountain Highway) in North Conway Village. The structure was moved by oxen in 1900 to its current location at 109 Pine Street. After operating as the Bunker Plumbing Supply building for 80 years, it was underutilized until Bluebird purchased it in 2021. The North Conway House has since been approved for listing on the National Register of Historic Places once it is rehabilitated. Current plans have already been approved by the Town of Conway and include the creation of 8 affordable housing units and a small office for Bluebird. This building is very near and dear to our community and we are thrilled to restore it.
