The Frunzi House

115 West Main Street, Conway

The Frunzi House is a single family home in Conway that was originally built in 1866 and previously owned for many years by the Frunzi family, who famously owned a nearby car dealership. The home had started to deteriorate and was vacant before Bluebird purchased it in 2022. Bluebird has received approvals to renovate the home into five affordable housing units. This project is funded by InvestNH, an affordable housing program that was launched in 2022 by the New Hampshire Governor's Office and the Department of Business and Economic Affairs. This competitive grant program funded only 31 of 117 applications, and only 2 in Carroll County.
